For more than half a century, Master watchmaker Gilbert has been operating his watchmaking business in the heart of Reykjavík. Over the years, he has been fortunate enough to be acquainted with many of the neighborhood's authentic characters, composed of artists, writers, and poets, who have been an integral part of the Icelandic culture. Their contributions have greatly influenced the literature, music, and art of the country throughout its history, and their influence on the culture of Iceland cannot be overstated. Therefore, we dedicate this collection to both the Bohemians of the past and the Bohemians of the future, in recognition of their legacy.
The Gilbert Bóhem watch boasts a sturdy steel case with a modest diameter of 38.5mm. Its Swiss-made mechanical movement, known as "Execution Top," features automatic winding, 25 jewels, blue screws, and custom decorations, all of which are impeccably crafted and highlighted by a rhodium-plated finish. The watch's exceptional quality is evident from every angle, including the sapphire crystal case back, which provides a detailed view of its inner workings and superior craftsmanship.
