Repair & Service - Worldwide Support
If your JS Watch is in need of service or repair, we have trusted authorized service partners around the world to assist you locally.
We strongly believe in long-term serviceability, and our watches are built to be maintained for generations. Whether your watch requires routine servicing or repair, you can rely on experienced mechanical watchmakers who understand our movements and standards.
If you are located near one of the above service centres, we recommend contacting them directly. They will inspect your watch and coordinate with us if parts or warranty approvals are required.
Authorized Service Partners
European Union customers:
For customers within the EU who need service or repair, our Authorised Service Partner is Watches of Scandinavia
based in Stockholm, Sweden. Please email them at welcome@watchesofscandinavia.com with as much detail as possible, including your daytime phone number in case their team needs to follow up by phone. They typically respond within one business day.
UK customers:
For customers in the United Kingdom in need of service or repair, our Authorized Service Partner is Swiss Time Services. Please email them at info@swisstimeservices.co.uk with as much information as possible, including your daytime phone number, as their representatives may contact you if they need additional details. Swiss Time Services usually replies within one business day.
North American customers:
For customers in North America in need of service or repair our Authorised Service Partner is Gevril. Please email them at support@gevril.com with as much information as possible, including your daytime phone number since their representatives might call you if they need more details from you. Gevril usually replies your inquiry within one business day.
California / West Coast customers:
For customers in California and the West Coast in need of service or repair, our Authorized Service Partner is Time-Tec Watch Service Center. Please email them at info@time-tec.com with as much information as possible, including your daytime phone number, as their representatives may contact you if they need additional details. Time-Tec typically replies within one business day.
Canada customers:
For customers in Canada in need of service or repair, our Authorized Service Partner is Trillum Watch Service. Trillum Watch Service typically replies within one business day.
Service in Iceland
For customers located in Iceland, or for those who prefer that we service the watch directly in our Reykjavik workshop, you are always welcome to contact us or visit us in person. International customers may also ship their watch directly to us by following the instructions below.
How to Ship Your Watch to Us
If you choose to send your watch directly to our workshop:
Please email us at info@jswatch.com before shipping.
Include your full contact details, return address, and a short description of the issue.
Pack the watch securely in protective wrapping inside a sturdy box.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Upon arrival, our watchmakers will inspect the watch and provide you with an estimate before proceeding with any non-warranty work.
"Important Notice for International Customers:
When sending your watch to us in Iceland for service or repair, please be aware that once the service is complete, the watch will be shipped back to your country of residence. It is important that you acquaint yourself with your country's customs rules and regulations regarding the import of goods. Additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply according to your local regulations. We advise you to consult your local customs office for detailed information before shipping your watch to avoid any unexpected charges or delays in receiving your serviced watch. We are not responsible for any customs fees or other charges incurred upon the watch’s return shipment."
Please NOTE: our standard repair turn-a-round is approximately 2 to 6 weeks.

Service Interval
We generally recommend a full service approximately every 5–6 years, depending on usage and environmental exposure.
