The way we do it.

How we make our surgical grade Stainless Steel cases (316L).

At first we stamp and punch the Stainless Steel blanks in several operations with special toolings. After that in further production steps the case bodies, bezels and case backs are milled, drilled and turned on CNC machines. Important intermediate steps are grinding and polishing. These operations are mainly manually done. Eventually the cases are assembled that means e.g. the Sapphire Crystals, tubes and crowns are set in. The water resistance of every case which leaves our company is controlled very carefully in order to make sure that it fulfills the requirements/criteria of the DIN norms. To make sure every components of our cases (such as sapphire crystals, crowns, pushers, screws and so on) are made by the highest standards we fabricate them exclusively by excellent manufactures in Germany and Switzerland. Final assembly of every watch is then 100% carried out by hand in our Workshop here in Reykjavik, Iceland.

That is the way we do it.

All cases come with Sapphire Crystals on both the front and the back. The Sapphire Crystal on the front is equipped with Multi Anti Reflective coating on the inside.
